Interlock is a rib knit variation that is similar to jersey knit but thicker; actually, interlock knit resembles two jersey knit pieces that are sewn together using the same thread. So it has a lot more stretch than jersey knit; additionally, it looks the same on both sides of the material because the yarn is drawn through the center, between the two sides. Manifutura 100% organic cotton interlock never-out-of-stock (NOoS) lines are available in gorgeous plain colors such as ivory, navy, grey melange, bright white, black, etc, and hence the name, they can always be found in our stock.
