Manifutura was born from a long-standing family business with deep roots in agriculture and textiles. Founded by Ege Organics GmbH in Bremen, Germany, in 2013, and part of the Egedeniz Group, our history and expertise go back over a century. Our journey began in the early 1900s when the first generation of our family started trading cotton and supplying dried fruits. By the 1950s, we expanded into international exports and later diversified into milling. In the 1990s, Egedeniz Textile led a visionary shift toward organic production, becoming Türkiye’s first certified organic textile company — a milestone that reflects our commitment to responsible production from the very beginning.

 With over 30 years of experience in the ethical textile industry, Manifutura was created to meet the growing need for ethical and mindful sourcing — not only providing access to sustainable materials but also supporting brands in aligning with values of respect for the environment and the people who make it possible. 
 Our vision extends beyond sourcing; we aim to close the loop by fostering a circular economy where waste becomes a resource. Our recycling and upcycling projects transform production leftovers into valuable new materials, minimizing waste and contributing to a more responsible fashion ecosystem.

 We have initiated our regenerative and carbon farming projects and cultivating our own organic cotton and hemp in Türkiye, supporting local agriculture and empowering farmers. Through direct partnerships with farmers, brands gain full visibility into the source and origin of their materials, ensuring ethical practices from soil to shelf. We are proud to be a voice for farmers — fostering stronger connections between brands and the people who grow their materials.
