How can I track my shipment?
We ship the orders with DHL. So, it is possible to track shipments using the tracking number. Once your order has left our warehouse,
you will receive a tracking number via email. You can check the status
of your shipment, using the DHL website. Click here to go to DHL shipment tracking and under "track shipment" type in your shipment number. Furthermore, If you face any unusual problem in shipping, feel free to contact us via info@manifutura.com, our shipment team will come back to you in less than 24hrs. Where is the headquarters/warehouse of Manifutura?
Manifutura headquarters is located in Bremen, Germany. Production and fulfillment take place in Izmir, Western Türkiye.
Is there a showroom or a representative of Manifutura in my country?
Our main showroom is in our operational office in Izmir, Türkiye, where we grow our GMO-Free organic Aegean cotton seed and Turkish hemp. We have also a warehouse and support team available in Bremen, Germany office.

What is Manifutura's sustainable journey?
Manifutura is a Member of the Egedeniz Group (Egedeniz textile/ Ege Organics GmbH) that has been in sustainable agriculture since the early 1900s, and sustainable textile industry since 1993. We are involved in every aspect of the supply chain, from growing cotton and hemp to operating our own store that sells our products. This allows us to ensure that our ethical and environmental values are upheld throughout the entire process. Energy conservation, water stewardship, circularity and measuring our environmental footprints are main sustainability challenges.
Recently Manifutura has taken step to holistic approach of sustainability by initiating regenerative practices in cotton and hemp production.

Where do you grow organic cotton and hemp?
All our crops and farms are within 100 km of our operation center, Izmir, Türkiye. Our farms include Organic Cotton, Regenerative Cotton, and Regenerative Hemp.
Are your products GOTS certified?
Yes, all the cotton used in our production is organic and all of our organic cotton products are certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS).

How can I choose the right fabric for my next sustainable cut & sew project?
Firstly, we recommend you check out pre-selected fabric lines here. Order the sample set and feel the qualities physically. You can check out Manifutura’s user-friendly fabric filters, and choose your desired fabric based on composition, weight, shrinkage, twisting, width, and recommendation for the type of apparel you can create with our sustainable yarns and fabrics.
Why purchasing the Never our of stock lines is an ecological decision?
Manifutura's Never Out of Stock collection includes variously knitted and woven fabric qualities. As of 2023, this line consists of Single Jersey, Interlock,Ribana,French Terry, Fleece,Sateen, and Poplin. Depending on the fabric type available colors are ivory, bright white, black, navy, and grey mélange. Hence the name and qualities in this collection are always in stock and available to order. Our NOoS-program will adapt to the market with the addition of new fabrics and colors each season.
Is custom production available at Manifutura?
